Waylon Chavez, was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He started his career in real estate in June of 2006 and in the first seven months in his career he closed on 19 homes and was nominated for rookie of the year through the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors®. He ventured into his own company and is the owner of ABQ Premiere Properties a locally owned and operated company. Waylon is a member of the Realtor Association of New Mexico where he served as a board member for a 4 year term, National Association of Realtors®, and The Council of Residential Specialists which he volunteers and serves on a variety of boards. Waylon worked closely with the National Association of Realtors® and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® to bring the National Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network to New Mexico and was the Chapters first president.
