Licensed in Tennessee & Maryland, Vondell specializes in serving first-time homebuyers, investors, and sellers. As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)®, he is dedicated to guiding homeowners aged 50 and above through significant financial and lifestyle transitions.
Vondell, a seasoned leadership coach, is dedicated to providing impactful training, courses, and workshops that facilitate life-changing transformation through education, entertainment, and personal encouragement to a diverse audience.
His passion is centered around aiding employees and career professionals in breaking free from their corporate 9-to-5, guiding them towards a life they truly love. Vondell's overarching mission is to propel you to success, helping you experience more wins in the journey of life.
During his 10-year coaching tenure, Vondell has been a driving force, training and facilitating programs for prominent entities such as Landmark Worldwide, Wingman Coaching, and Clarksville Entrepreneur Centers Co.Starter incubator. Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TimeLine, and Hypnotherapy, he is a seasoned practitioner and Master Hypnotherapist. Additionally, Vondell dedicated 12 years to teaching "College Celebrity," a student leadership seminar he created at Rutgers University within the Department of Africana Studies, where he earned an MFA in acting, and went on to establish himself professionally as an Award-Winning actor, director and screenwriter.
He's a proud "magna cum laude" and HBCU alum of North Carolina A&T State University. In college he was a distinguished member of Golden Key National Honor Society, Who's Who Among Colleges & Universities, and the Alpha Psi Omega National Theater Honor Society. While at NC A&T, Vondell won Regional BEST Actor honors at the Kennedy Center in the Nation's Capitol in DC.
He believes his place of service is here in the marketplace and in addition to serving on his churches film ministry, he's a Dave Ramsey Financial Peace facilitator, and when he's not having FUN in real estate, he likes to binge watch Netflix and perform stand up.
