I’m Crystal Elijah-Ramos, a Las Vegas–born REALTOR® and New Construction & Relocation Specialist with Signature Real Estate Group. As a native of Las Vegas, I offer buyers local insight that goes far beyond floor plans and model homes — helping them understand communities, lifestyles, and long-term value.

I specialize in guiding buyers through the new construction process, from first model home visits to contract, build timelines, design selections, and closing. Many of my clients are relocating from out of state, particularly from California, and rely on me to simplify the process, explain builder differences, and advocate for their best interests every step of the way.

My role is to serve as your independent new home advisor, ensuring you have clarity, representation, and support while exploring new home opportunities throughout Las Vegas and Henderson. Whether you’re considering a quick move-in, building from the ground up, or comparing multiple builders and communities, my goal is to make the experience smooth, informed, and stress-free.
