Hi, I’m Troy Thornton, a Jacksonville, Florida Realtor® with Nova Real Estate Collective. I help buyers navigate the home-buying process with a focus on making the search simple, organized, and less stressful.

I work with first-time homebuyers, renters ready to become homeowners, move-up buyers, and anyone looking for the right home in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. I have a special focus on Jacksonville’s Westside, while serving clients throughout Northeast Florida.

Whether you’re looking for new construction, townhomes, resale homes, or down-payment assistance opportunities, I can help you explore your options, find homes that fit your goals, schedule showings, and guide you from your initial search all the way to closing.
