Residential Single-Family: My residential single-family services connect buyers with sellers and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my business, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.
New Construction/Vacant Land: Raw land is a special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. As a retired builder, I'm in a unique position to help you locate the lot that will offer the best opportunity to realize your dreams.

1979 to 1992: Property Manager in Dublin, Ireland, as owner, performed all aspects of property management and development including land reclamation.
1972 to 1989: Administrative and accounting experience with Bord Na Mona (The Irish Peat Development Authority).
