About Arturo Shivers

Arturo Shivèrs has been a lifetime resident of the beautiful and diverse San Francisco Bay Area, and has developed a deep connection to the people and the vibrant culture of the local community, which enables him to offer an immersive and consultative approach when interacting with buyers and sellers of real property. He offers his clients a finely-honed negotiation skill set, meticulous attention to detail, and 14 years of licensed agency experience. Arturo works with residential buyers and sellers, both novice and experienced. His mission is to provide ethical representation always while helping clients to build net worth and achieve their financial goals through strategic real estate investing. Additionally, he makes it a priority to treat all his business relationships as unique and special, and to always offer solutions that are extensively tailored to the individual client. Prior to joining Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty, Mr. Shivèrs commenced his real estate career in 2003 working in residential mortgage underwriting at Bank of America Home Loans. Arturo has earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation, the coveted benchmark of excellence & acumen in global real estate, development planning, sustainability consulting, and inclusive representation. He is an active member of the San Francisco chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) based in Paris, France. Arturo is an enthusiast of fine wines, both new world and old and holds the internationally recognized certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, London, U.K. Mr. Shivèrs holds both U.S. and Italian citizenship. He is currently a resident of the Northern California community of Concord, and enjoys experiencing the regional culinary street food renaissance that has taken hold in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also enjoys jogging, water-skiing, snow skiing, reading, listening to music, and taking walks on the beach. When not at home, Arturo can be found spending quality time with friends and family at the nearby wineries in Napa & Sonoma Valley.
