About Tim Shiffman

Tim grew up in Southern California and was a 2 sport athlete in high school.

He followed his passion as got associates degree in culinary arts after high school. Tim is a huge believer that food connects people just like how his travels have helped educate him on other cultures.

He continued to educate himself by earning a BA is Hospitality Administration from the #1 ranked hotel school, UNLV. While at school he spent time working at the 5 diamond resort Bellagio.

He then took an opportunity to become a manager at the Forbes 5 Star Four Seasons in Maui, Hawaii. He gained valuable experience on exceeding clients expectations and being able to find resolutions for any request. While spending 3 years in Hawaii, he also got into real estate working for a start up vacation rental property management company. He says he moved back to Las Vegas because "milk is $8 a gallon," and once back on the "mainland" he worked at the 5 star Wynn Resort.

In recent times, he joined a mortgage company and learned how to educate people on how their mortgage works in detail. Although he has recently become a Realtor, his track record for working for high integrity companies and client focused industries will make him a valuable asset for any client.

In his free time, he enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, planning the next travel location and hosting game nights with his friends.
