Sandra Kirkpatrick’s professional interest lies in the greater Sarasota/Manatee area. As a local resident, she enjoys everything there is about her neighborhood, and is extremely knowledgeable and curious about the other diverse communities her clients wish to call their home. Sandra is particularly good at getting to know people’s specific wants and needs, and then translating that into detailed research so she can best fit her clients with their housing options. Sandra lived a big part of her life in Colombia where she worked with one of the biggest banks for 7 years advising businesses in the best products the bank offers for all their operations to make each department more efficient. Sandra prides herself on the level of consulting she now offers her clients, giving them a sense of reassurance that they have her as a resource for anything real estate related. Sandra also lived in Europe for 10 years where she worked as a contractor helping families relocate in Stuttgart Germany. In addition to specializing in relocation she is also bilingual, she has the ability to help families feel at ease during an already stressful time. With a BA in Business and her experience working as a Relationship Manager for the bank, Sandra provides a strong foundational core for future investors in Real Estate.
