My goal is to help you own a home then try to build wealth through buying second home and rent them out and invest in more rentals so that you can retire from your 9-5 job. The Real Estate market has been going up and your house could be worth more than you bought it and have enough equity build up to cash out for your personal use or invest in a second home to start your retirement. Let’s get started with owning a home, then cash out from the first one at a time. We are looking at 1 -2 years, most renters sign a lease for a year anyways. Often, when you hear people talk about real estate investing they are talking big numbers. You hear about the millions to be made in the market, especially now when the market is going up and rent increasing. It is a great privilege to borrow money to make more money. Everywhere you go you must live and pay for housing somehow, so why not own a home and build up equity and start automatic savings and after a year or 2 take out cash and invest in another house.
