A California native, born in Long Beach and grew up in Orange County.Istarted artistic roller skating as soon as I could walk and became professional at the age of 16.Through that I learned about hard work, tenacity, commitment, teamwork and sacrifice skating up to 7 hours a day while going to school.While teaching skating, I also went to college, and had several part time jobs including the restaurant industry.I have always loved real estate investing by flipping and/or holding so I went to Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach to learn more about making homes look and sell better.I received my degree in 1991 and started investing in real estate shortly after.I got married in 1995 and together with my husband we flipped and held rentals and grew several other businesses.In 2000 we started a vending business in Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties and had 800 machines on location. He got the business after we divorced in 2015, so I took this time for self reflection and traveled to several countries for 5 years, living on a sailboat in the summers in Maine and spending my winters in Mexico while learning and studying online marketing.At this time my mother started to need more help so my mom, sister and I searched around for a community that would be safe and a fun place to live and that is when we found Canyon Lake.When we settled into Canyon Lake, I had to start something new since my husband got the business that we had built for 15 years and after a lot of soul searching I decided it was time for me to get my real estate license and become a Realtor.I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of selling and buying homes at the best price. At first I started by doing open houses, learning all of the new contracts, going in the office to learn what other agents are doing and how they run their businesses.All the years of experience flipping homes and learning advanced marketing strategies helped me hit the ground running - I made Rookie of the Year my first year and am now in the top 10 in my office and earned my Certificate for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist.I love finding the perfect home for my clients and handing them over the keys, seeing their excitement and knowing that I played a part in it is a great feeling. It’s fulfilling when I list my clients home, create momentum and get several offers for them. That is what gives me the drive to stay updated with market trends, new technologies and evolving practices so I can serve my clients at the highest level.Today, I’m grateful to live, work and play in this beautiful community while helping homeowners in Southwest Riverside County seamlessly move from one home to the next.
