About Rachel Arvelo-Herrera

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a deep commitment to serving my clients. Originally from Puerto Rico, I have been a licensed broker in Florida since 2012 and in Puerto Rico since 1999, establishing a strong foundation in both markets.

I am currently a Sales Manager and Broker Associate with Weichert Capella Estates, where I leverage my extensive expertise to guide clients and support fellow professionals in achieving success. My journey in real estate has been marked by leadership and innovation, having previously served as a Real Estate Sales Manager with Century 21 and as the Owner and Manager of Arvelo Real Estate in Puerto Rico.

Beyond transactions, I am deeply involved in the industry, having held key leadership positions, including serving as a Former Florida Realtors Board Director and Former Broward, Palm Beaches, and Port St. Lucie Realtors Board Director. My contributions to Florida Realtors committees such as RPAC and Global Business have helped advance the profession, and in 2009, I was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Bayamon Board of Realtors in Puerto Rico.

Academically, I hold a Master's Degree in Business, Management (MBA) and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Psychology, providing me with valuable insights into business strategies and human interactions. I have further enhanced my expertise with certifications such as GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CLHMS (Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), Staging Advocate, New Developments Home Sales Professional, and Digital Marketing Expert.
