Pratik grew up in 2 different countries. Born in Bombay, India and moved to Berkeley during Sophomore year of high school. That was a huge culture shock in 1999.

Having studied Corporate Finance at SF State, Pratik joined Brouwer&Janachowski – an Investment firm. He was part of the Portfolio Mgmt group analyzing financial health of clients and executing trades for them. B&J was the perfect starting point for dealing with high volume trades & big numbers while paying meticulous attention to detail.

Pratik brings several years of experience in sales, investments, and finance. Also serving as a Creative Director for White Couch Staging, Pratik is well versed with the ins and outs of the real estate world.

He is known for his transparency and relentless attitude. Pratik keeps his clients well informed through the entire process of a real estate deal, by effectively communicating with them every step of the way.
