New Homes are difficult to sift through

Many buyers believe they do not need a real estate agent when purchasing New Homes with the Builders Selling Agent. Keep in mind that the Selling Agent works for the Seller, not you! The seller will not discount your purchase price to offset costs. Builders need all of their homes to Appraise for other buyers and future sales. Dropping the price will hurt their future sales.
