We are Naji, Sherrie & Brandi Rashid. We have over 47 years of combined real estate experience, servicing the Baltimore and surrounding Maryland counties. We specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers. We teach them the entire home buying process and how to utilize numerous first-time buyer programs. The Rashid Group, LLC. specializes in homeownership counseling and workshops. The Rashid Group assists Maryland home buyers to Buy, Sell Design & Build. Our mission is to help all Marylanders to realize that homeownership is possible.

Naji Rashid is a speaker, educator, and Owner/CEO of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC. Naji is Chairman of The Rashid Group, LLC. Naji is the former Owner/CEO of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc. and is the Owner/President of Necessary Results Coaching & Mastermind Groups, LLC., a coaching and consulting company. Naji is the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board Governance Committee for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc. Naji is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Country Club of Maryland and was the past Chairman of their Membership Committee.

Sherrie Rashid is a licensed real estate agent and CEO of The Rashid Group, LLC. Sherrie is the former Chief Marketing Officer of

RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc. Sherrie is currently obtaining her degree in Interior Design. Sherrie previously served as President and Vice President of the CCBC Catonsville Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a member of the PHI THETA KAPPA Honor Society.

Brandi Rashid is currently the administrative assistant for The Rashid Group, LLC. Brandi is in the process of becoming licensed in real estate to further assist in all areas of the real estate business. Brandi is the Owner of Dream Scents Candle Company, an all-natural hand-poured soy candle company. Brandi has over 25 years of customer service experience and has worked in medical billing for over 16 years.

The Rashid Group has contributed to many homeownership seminars for organizations and corporations such as Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore(NHS), Harbel Housing Partnership, Johns Hopkins Bayview, Baltimore Urban League, Sandtown-Winchester, The Rental Solution, Inc. and numerous church organizations, credit unions, and financial institutions.
