DO NOT VISIT NEW HOME COMMUNITIES ON YOUR OWN

Once you have gone into a new home community, the builder will no longer allow you to have your own representation. Even though using a new home expert like myself, adds no additional cost to their sales price, builders would simply prefer that you represent yourself.

Here is what happens when you represent yourself:

You have NO expert representation. The builder’s agent at NO time works for you Most new home contracts say the builder is NOT liable for what a sales representative tells you


Quick turn times. Most builders want their paperwork reviewed and sign signed in 24 hours or less

Self-review. You must agree to a contract typically 100-200+ pages


No Advocate in your corner. If something goes wrong (and it happens) having an expert like myself, look out for your best interests, removes much of the stress of buying a new home.


Inspecting new home construction requires a skilled set of eyes and advisors. Not all builders, build to the same quality standard. I will do everything in my power to make sure your home is built right.
