About Mikayla Culwell
I am a Real Estate Agent at Realty ONE Group Fourpoints, where I focus my time on motivated buyers and sellers. While at ROG Fourpoints, my biggest accomplishment has been helping my buyers achieve their dreams of both residential and commercial ownership under asking price in a seller's market!
Prior to starting my career in real estate, I graduated from the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado. In May of 2018, I received my B.S. Business Marketing degree with a minor in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality.
I continue to put my Business Marketing degree to use as I market for small businesses. Other real estate professionals come to me for their marketing needs! I have 5 years of experience in the creation and planning of social media content, marketing strategies, photography, videography, website design, and print marketing. As the world seems to lean more and more on technology and social media, you will never need to worry whether or not your home is being marketed well enough with me by your side!
I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado and am extremely motivated to help you find your dream home in the Northern Colorado area. Whether it is your very first home or the home you decide to settle down in, I will help you find exactly what you're looking for!
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Living in Colorado is just a bonus because I enjoy the endless activities that this state has to offer: hiking, swimming, skiing, sledding, and so many cool weekend getaway places to travel to! You can bet if I have a week off, though, I'll be somewhere on the beach!
