Dee Norris

Originally from England, Dee has been living in Florida since 1992 and has been a real estate professional here since 1993. It didn't take her long to fall in love with the place and she became a U.S. citizen in 2001. Prior to crossing the pond, Dee used to own and operate hotels as well as an upmarket fashion boutique on England’s South Coast. Because of this, luxury real estate has become a forte of hers and she knows just what to do to make the buying and process seamless for overseas clients. Dee has focused exclusively on the local commercial and residential real estate market since 1996.

Michael Norris

Born and raised right here in Winter Haven, Michael is that rarest of breeds, a third-generation Floridian. Well-versed in the ins-and-outs of the area, he has been in real estate and property development for over 30 years and has owned two real estate companies during that time. Since 1996, he and his wife, Dee, have focused on local real estate. Michael also used to run the popular Michael’s Restaurant back in the ‘80s, as well as hotel ventures in Winter Haven and The Carolinas.
