About Megan Humphries

Megan Humphries is a licensed realtor and the owner of Megan Humphries Homes, LLC. Based in Woodstock, Megan has lived in metro Atlanta since 2007 and brings an extensive understanding and appreciation of the area’s diverse neighborhoods to her clientele. She specifically caters to individuals, families and investors looking for single-family homes and new construction in master-planned communities throughout Woodstock, Marietta, Canton, Alpharetta, Milton and Roswell. Using a client-centric approach, Megan helps her customers achieve their property goals. Before starting her career in real estate, Megan worked in roles of increasing responsibility for Kabbage, an award-winning fintech company headquartered in Atlanta. During her tenure, she climbed the ranks to Head of Sales Enablement and led the organization’s strategic sales initiatives across a team of nearly 100 employees and 2 U.S. locations. She also served on the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Committee and founded its Women Helping Women Committee. An active member of her community, Megan brings a large network of potential buyers and sellers to her clients. In 2019, she founded the Atlanta chapter of WiSE (Women in Sale Enablement), an organization that facilitates authentic business relationships between professional women and provides opportunities to share sales tips and tactics. She also served on the Board of Advisors for the Sales Enablement Society’s Atlanta Chapter. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in Managerial Science with a minor in Sociology. In her personal time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, two daughters and adorable two Maltipoos. She also loves vacationing with her family at their cabin in Lake Burton, as well as wakeboarding, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, going to concerts, and rooting for the Atlanta Falcons.
