Mauricio Capetillo brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on new home sales, residential resale, property management, REO disposition, short sale negotiations, and investment opportunities. Notably, he served as a business development manager/consultant for The Lewis Group of Companies, a leading real estate development firm.
As a Certified New Home Specialist™, Mauricio is dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and agents navigate the new home sales process with exceptional care and professionalism. He holds a range of designations including REALTOR®, Residential Construction Certified™, New Home Co-Broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and Certified International Property Specialist, along with a Broker’s license in California.
Mauricio is actively engaged in professional associations, including the California Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®, and West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®. He is also a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, NAHREP®, and AREAA.
His leadership roles include serving as Vice Chair of the West San Gabriel Valley Realtors Global Committee and President of the AREAA Inland Empire Chapter. Mauricio has also been involved with the Executive Leadership Council for the Hope Through Housing Foundation and has participated in Diversity and Fair Housing visits to Capitol Hill.
