I’m Matthew Hoedt, a Scottsdale-based Residential Real Estate Advisor and Realtor® with more than 16 years of experience serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley in Arizona. I specialize in relocation, second homes, luxury properties, and helping clients navigate important life transitions with clarity and confidence.

As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), I bring deep local expertise and a global perspective to my work.
