That is why I suggest you hire an experienced Real Estate Agent who has experience with builders and new home sales contracts. Most people don't realize that the Builder usually will pay the Buyer's Agent to represent the Buyer on their real estate Purchase. The Agent is usually required to attend the first visit and sign in as the Buyer's Agent or register their client online. Experience matters, my experience with new homes sales and knowledge of what to look for in the contract to assure a smooth transaction is very beneficial to your purchase. Coordinating the sale of your new home with the timeline of the new construction and purchase contract can also be challenging.
