Most of my buyer clients start by requesting resale homes, but when we add new models into our property tours it helps to establish a price baseline and gives my buyers a better idea of what to offer on a resale home. Also, about 40% of my buyers end up falling in love with a new home and are excited to move in to a beautiful new home & community.
