Karshema started her journey into Real Estate in March of 2020. Since then, she has become a member of Atlanta REALTORS Association. One of her main goals as a Real Estate Professional, is to obtain additional education to enhance her knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. She is a constant learner; having recently completed 78 hours of Continuing Education all designed to help her better understand her client's needs. The completed National Association of Realtors courses included areas such as: Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation, Seller Representative Specialist Designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification, Short Sales & Foreclosure Certification and New Home Selling Expert Certification. She takes pleasure in assisting Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with buying and/or selling properties in the Greater Metro Atlanta area as it affords the opportunity to interact with different people of various cultures and backgrounds
