About Karen Aranda

Karen is a third generation bay area native of the city of Fremont, California. After 3 decades living in the bay area, she witnessed the tremendous changes and growth that has transformed the surrounding areas of both sides of the Altamont Hills. Karen had spend over 23 years in dental office management for multiple dental offices in the bay area. Karen moved to the very fast-growing central valley city of Tracy in 1999 where she came to live the American dream of California home ownership. Karen and her husband Samuel of over 26 years have four beautiful children, two daughters and twin sons. Karen and her family continue to call Tracy their home.

Karen is very involved in her local chamber of commerce and has served as an ambassador since 2009. In 2012 Karen received the ultimate honor of ambassador of the year.
Karen has been a realtor since 2018 serving the Central Valley and San Francisco Bay Area as a buyers agent, sellers agent as well as new construction home sales. She uses the latest advanced marketing tools, high end internet and social media to expose her listings to qualified buyers.
