I would like to share that I have a background in New Construction because I am married to a general contractor who has built subdivisions in the past. I feel I am an asset to a buyer who deserves to be represented when buying new. The builders will have a representative that will work in the builders best interest and not yours. The builders will pay for a buyers agent for the buyer so it is in your best interest to be represented. The builders do not discount a house if you do not use a Realtor.

I have lived in Clark County, Wa. for 40 + years and know it well. It would be a pleasure to show you all the new construction we have going on here. My clients get a full time Realtor who works full time. That means nights and weekends too if that is when my clients need me. I have a good reputation with working with other agents and builders.

Communication is key to make the process go smoothly. I use all means of communication to make sure my clients are well informed at all times keeping their information 100% private.
