Sales and Business Philosophy- I don’t look at myself as a salesman. I am a professional who can assist you in your search for the perfect home in your ideal area. I pride myself with being on time and keeping the communication going between me, my customers.

Professional Credentials- Licensed Realtor, Licensed Police Officer, Licensed Correctional Officer, Licensed Firearm Instructor, Licensed Corrections and Police Academy Instructor.

Area of expertise- Residential sales and listings in Central Florida and Lake County.

After moving to Florida I continued with construction but was drawn to become a Law Enforcement Officer. I worked for 25 years as a Correctional Officer and Police Officer. During this time I continued with my fishing, hunting, swimming and going to the beach. The main difference is the beach can be a day trip now. Now as much as I enjoyed protecting the citizens of Central Florida I always knew I would become a Real Estate Agent after retirement. I am now full time with Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties.

During my time as a Law Enforcement Officer I have been through good and bad times, just as everyone else has been during their life experience. I use those times to help dictate what and how I do things now. I do not give up, “where there’s a will there’s a way” if I have someone who wants to find that special home in that special area, I will keep looking for them until I find it and complete a contract that both them and the seller is happy with.
