She holds a prestigious Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) designation, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, Professional Property Stager REA (PPS) certification, and a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designation in addition to dozens of no-name negotiation courses and seminars.
