My name is Jeff Fields. I am a Realtor with West USA Realty. I specialize in assisting home buyers and sellers in the greater Phoenix area through the entire home purchase and selling process using my experience, strong work ethic and Christian morals to help guide them through the entire process.

Specifically, I strive to help my home buying clients in searching- finding the perfect home, negotiating the lowest price & best terms possible and also guiding them through the steps explaining everything as we walk through the purchase together as a team. I have surrounded myself with other top professionals & partners (lenders, inspectors, title company officers, licensed contractors, insurance agents, etc.) to help assist us through this important and detailed process. Finally, my biggest goal is to please my clients which usually involves handing them keys to their perfect home after completing a wonderful and successful experience together.

For my home sellers, I strive to assist them in understanding the current market, market values as well as assisting in marketing/ advertising their property to achieve the maximum exposure in working toward the successful sale of their home in the shortest period of time and negotiating for the maximum dollar amount possible.

I have been assisting home Buyers and Sellers here in the greater Phoenix Valley (all of Maricopa County and Pinal County) for over 30 years & really enjoy helping others to achieve their real estate goals. It allows me to meet many great people and help them with one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives in most cases. I look forward to assisting many more clients and making more life long friends along the way.

***** LIFE CHANGING ***** In 2017 I was diagnosed with AML Leukemia cancer and had a very, very difficult time. After a battle and a successful bone marrow transplant and some complications, I began my come back around the end of 2018. I am currently cancer free and back to doing what I love everyday..... assisting & guiding home buyers and sellers in achieving their Arizona real estate goals. The experience has actually changed my mindset and has helped me become a better person and Realtor.
