If you go to a builder without me and they ask what brings you in today “Jaz Alexander” our Realtor needs to be your volunteer response. If it is not your response or you don’t bring it up or they don’t ask they will do their best to stop me from helping you in every way. The biggest help I provide is I proofread the contract for any red flags you might not be aware of. Also even though you’re a great negotiator yourself I can always back your negotiations up with Data. Some Builders take it as far as I need to be present but if I’m given a heads up that you’re even slightly interested I can negotiate around it.
