About Jaquetta Anderson
Jaquetta’s journey is unique and full of rich experiences in various educational and professional capacities, all of which have fostered the development of assets and knowledge that support “creating a real estate legacy.”
Believe it or not, Jaquetta’s passion for real estate and business began in early childhood and manifested itself in creative and elaborate play themes related to development planning and sales. Jaquetta was the “neighborhood realtor” who attempted to engage other children and pets in touring “homes” which she imagined to be almost everywhere including, but not limited to, the back of the family station wagon, on tree limbs, in swimming pools, and in boxes on the porch. Jaquetta inherited her interest in real estate from her beloved father who was a residential real estate investor and enthusiast. As a child, she spent may weekends with her parents touring open houses, driving around neighborhoods, reviewing floor plans, and dreaming of real estate, especially luxury homes. Jaquetta would imagine extravagant stories regarding imported building materials, unique home features, and the history of homes. Jaquetta also had an interest in education and teaching, which was suggested by her father to be more the practical career at the time.
During the first part of her adult career, Jaquetta focused primarily within the field of education. Jaquetta is an educational leader with over two decades of experience in education as a teacher, school psychologist, district coordinator, adjunct professor, school administrator, and coach. It is through these experiences that she has honed professional practices in communication, relationships, customer service, and problem solving and that her appreciation for values, such as trustworthiness, integrity, persistence, and work ethic have been implemented.
After a series of life events, Jaquetta transitioned into a full-time real estate career. Her personality, passion, past professional and educational experiences, and most recent intensive real estate learning programs equip her to be excellent at helping buyers and sellers “create a legacy through real estate.”
