1. We will represent you as a true buyers agent.

2. Use our knowledge of the area and access our computers to match you with the perfect home for you and yours.

3. Accompany you to the subdivision sales office on your 1st visit. (Required by all builders!!!)

4. Negotiate the best possible price, options & terms for you.
This will not cost you anything and may save you money.
The money we get paid comes from their adv budget, not their options budget.

5. Review all paperwork with you prior to your signing.

6. Assist you with site selection (for resale value).

7. Inform you of the advantages & disadvantages of buying upgrades from the builder.

**Note! Builder rules state that the agent must accompany you on your 1st visit to the development if you want your own representation! NO EXCEPTIONS!
I can not help you IN ANY WAY if you even enter the door and pick up a flyer without me!
