Buying a home can be one of the most fun and exciting moments of your life, however, you'll be asked to make expensive selections that may impact what you spend, but more so, will impact your list price and marketability when one day go to sell it.

Questions like, premium lots, should you upgrade the fireplace, or is that bonus room worth it? Builders include these items to increase sales during the slow months, but should you select an 8' basement ceiling or pay $5,000 for a 9' ceiling with a lookout, this is where our expertise will come in.

Having a buyer's agent represent you will offer a piece of mind and protection for today and in the future. The builders expect to pay our fees and don't pass them down to the buyers, so we are free and at no loss to you. Lastly, builders require that we are present at your first visit to the sales center.
