Hello, Aloha, and Hafa Adai!

My name is Dan. After nearly 22 years in the U.S. Air Force, where I moved my family (from Guam) to places like New Jersey, South Korea, California, Italy, and Nevada, I retired to be closer to family. Having mastered the art of moving and finding new homes, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural fit. We’ve called Las Vegas home since 2013, and in my spare time, my wife, Nicole, and I enjoy exploring new local restaurants and travelling.

In the military, I completed a BS in Business Management, a degree in Human Resource Management, and an MBA. My roles as a Top Military Recruiter and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer taught me invaluable skills in leadership, recruiting, planning, and management. These experiences, combined with my passion for helping others, translate seamlessly into real estate. I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSHPS) certifications from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
