Our history: We started dating in 2015 and bought our first home together in 2016 located in Seminole, Florida. Dan has been a Realtor since 2014 with prior hospitality and customer service experience. Jess has been a Realtor since 2020 and previously served as the director of marketing and communications at a private school for 12 years.

Throughout 2021 and 2022, we gained tons of experience in real estate, construction, and renovations. So far, together we have updated two bathrooms and two kitchens, as well as added a 400sqft addition to our home which included a master bedroom, bathroom, and dining room. We also own and manage a Short Term Rental property.

Beyond real estate, we love to travel, attend concerts and sporting events, and spend time with family and friends. Here are some other fun facts: Dan has an impressive saltwater fish tank and geeks out over new electronics. Jess earned her 200- hour yoga certification and enjoys anything to do with being outdoors, especially hiking and boating.
