About Chad Ferguson

Hello, I am Chad Ferguson a licensed Realtor in South Carolina serving the coastal communities in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, and Pawleys Island, along with areas nearby including Conway.

Prior to Real Estate I had over 32 years experience with large retail corporations with locations all over the US. During my time in retail, I learned the importance of incredible service, impactful marketing, clear communication, attention to detail, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

My wife, Marcia and I relocated multiple times during my Retail career which provides me with a unique lens as we personally navigated selling, packing, new locations, temporary rentals, corporate housing, and building three new homes. After many years of vacationing in North Myrtle Beach, and then celebrating our Honeymoon here, we finally decided to relocate and pursue our dream of coastal living in Myrtle Beach. We are currently building a new home in Murrells Inlet.
