About Bridget Broaddus

Bridget Cogar Broaddus joined The Incorvaia Team in 2013, starting out as the team’s full-time Listing Manager. As her knowledge & passion for real estate grew, she decided to become a licensed Realtor in 2016.

Raised in Avon, Ohio & currently residing with her family in Brunswick, OH, Bridget has lived in the Greater Cleveland area her whole life. She obtained her Associates of Arts Degree in 2005 majoring in Psychology, had over 12 years experience in retail management, 2 years in new home construction and over 5 years renovating & investing in real estate with her husband Dave. She specializes in working with First Time Buyers, Investors, New Construction and Resale Homes; primarily serving Medina, Lorain & Cuyahoga Counties.
