About Brent Hammonds: After receiving a Master’s Degree from Arizona State University in 1996 I obtained State of Arizona Real Estate License (in 2002) and began developing a very productive Real Estate Practice in the Phoenix Metro Area. Since that time, I’ve grown into a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and Team Leader. In early 2007, my practice shifted to focusing on the Phoenix Area Distressed Properties Market (Short Sales & Foreclosures). This provided an opportunity to assist Phoenix area homeowners in avoiding foreclosure. I was the focus of several local newspaper articles as a specialist in the listing and selling Short Sales & Foreclosures. I obtained my Broker’s License in early 2009 and joined Solutions Real Estate.

I was honored with an appointment to Chair the Board of Directors at Solutions Real Estate. Since that time my practice and Team was repeatedly recognized as a “Top Producing Team” at Solutions Real Estate and I consistently was recognized and positioned in the Top 5% at Solutions Real Estate, earning Awards and Recognition for Sales Volume. I’ve also have had the opportunity to Mentor New Agents and manage a successful Team covering the entire Valley with a group of strong, dedicated Buyer Agents. Now with HomeSmart, I’m fortunate to utilize my skill set and experience to serve both Buyers and Sellers throughout the Valley. With 7000 Agents Valley wide, HomeSmart sets industry standards in the community. I’ve recently partnered with the Valley Solutions Team at HomeSmart and am excited to launch a new chapter in my career, continuing to assist buyers and sellers, educating/training colleagues on Best Practices in Real Estate and Mentoring new agents. I’m a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CRMS), a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
