About Beth Flure
I’m proud to serve my community as both a REALTOR® Broker and Mortgage Broker based in Sacramento, CA, offering 40 years of combined experience in the real estate, finance and legal industries.
My journey began in the legal field, where I spent 20 years honing skills that now guide my real estate and mortgage practice. I specialize in Probate & Trust, Estate Planning, and Divorce Mediation in Lending—acting as your Neutral Assistant when life brings transitions or challenges.
Alongside my expertise in resale properties, I have extensive experience in new home sales, supporting clients who are purchasing from builders across California. I’m proud to guide buyers through every step of the process — from builder contracts and construction timelines to financing and final walk-throughs — ensuring a confident, smooth experience.
My approach is rooted in authenticity, hard work, and community engagement. Clients and colleagues know me for my integrity, passion, and dedication to fostering trust and delivering results. Through Global Real Estate Services, I support diverse client needs in both real estate and mortgage financing worldwide so, if you're relocating anywhere in the world, I can help with that!
As a Navy Brat, spouse of a U.S. Army MP Veteran, and mother of a U.S. Army MI Veteran, I provide specialized guidance for Military Relocation, helping families navigate PCS orders and relocation with ease.
I hold multiple designations including SRES, ABR, MRP, SFR, CRS, AHWD, RENE, CREN, PMN, C2EX, and I’m also a REAL Certified member, PMC-1 in Property Management, and a California Certified Probate Specialist. Lifelong learning is my core — I’m committed to continuing education and high ethical standards.
Leadership is also part of my mission. I’ve served as Past President of the Sacramento Network of Women’s Council of Realtors, two-term District Vice President for Women's Council of Realtors, California, and have been active within Sacramento, California and National Associations of Realtors holding multiple committee roles including Chair & Vice-Chair positions, focused on homeownership and affordability.
As an educator and mentor, I teach California Real Estate Contracts, Forms & Disclosures, serve on SAR’s Education/Internship Committee, and contribute and advocate at the local, state and national levels for legislative and industry improvements.
Outside of real estate, I’m a Thin Blue Line Mom, a proud grandmother to four grandsons, and a devoted pet mom to three fur babies. My work in Probate and Estate Planning is supported by my long-standing commitment to serving families through life transitions, including my involvement in the Sacramento Bar Association’s Real Estate and Probate Divisions.
Whether guiding clients through seamless transactions, helping them secure smart mortgage solutions, or contributing to community growth, I bring dedication, knowledge, and heart to everything I do.
