Buying new construction is different than purchasing a resale home. The builder’s sales agent can be a good resource in the new construction process, but don’t forget that they are representing the builder in the sale. In the end they will prioritize the builder’s interests over yours. As a certified new home co-broker, I also have the knowledge and experience to help you find and buy your new construction dream home.

For 20 years I have been an active community volunteer in the Oak Grove School District, East Side Union High School District and local non-profits, and know the South Bay area as no other. I am passionate about architecture and design and my background in business and home staging is a unique match for being a skilled real estate agent.

About Astrid
25 years ago, my husband and I came to the Silicon Valley from The Netherlands and the diverse population made me feel right at home. The San Francisco South Bay is a unique place to live and owning property here is one of the great privileges of life. I am extremely grateful that we were able to purchase our first home here in San Jose and to have our two boys grow up among the beautiful foothills of Blossom Valley.
