New construction is one of my specialties and having representation when purchasing a new build is more important than most buyers realize. Builder contracts are written very differently than resale contracts, negotiations are not the same, and understanding the construction process can make a huge difference in protecting your investment. One of the biggest misconceptions is that new homes do not need inspections. In reality, inspections are one of the most important parts of the process. I strongly believe in having multiple inspections completed throughout construction to help identify potential issues before closing. My goal is to make sure my clients feel educated, protected, and confident throughout the entire new construction journey.
