I’m a Denver-based real estate agent with over 7 years of experience specializing in new construction homes throughout the Denver metro area, and I’ve personally helped guide buyers through the building of 100 homes from contract to closing.

To support buyers beyond the initial search, I created MyDenverRealEstateGuide.com an educational resource designed to walk buyers through everything they need to know about purchasing a home in Denver, with a strong focus on new construction. The site breaks down different neighborhoods, home types, builders, build timelines, contract considerations, and the new construction process from start to finish, so buyers can feel informed and prepared long before they step into a model home.

I work extensively across the Denver metro area, including Brighton, Central Park, Green Valley Ranch, Aurora, Parker, Reunion, Thornton, Broomfield, and surrounding communities, and maintain strong relationships with many of the region’s top home builders. This allows me to provide insight into build quality, design options, lot selection, incentives, and contract terms that aren’t always obvious at first glance.

New construction contracts are very different from resale transactions, and that’s where my experience truly matters. I advocate for my clients through every phase of the build, from negotiating price and incentives, reviewing builder contracts, guiding design center decisions, coordinating inspections, and staying involved through final walkthrough and closing. For out-of-state or busy buyers, I also provide regular updates, photos, and progress check-ins throughout the build.
