I started my career working for a builder as a New Home Consultant. I realized that many consumers that didn't work with an agent overpaid and purchased options that didn't make sense and had other issues. In contrast, consumers represented by agents had a better experience. That motivated me to help consumers and guide them through the new construction home process.
