About Alain Laborde

Alain is a very motivated, knowledgeable, and reliable Real Estate agent with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Alain holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Hydraulic Engineer from ISPAJE University, Havana, Cuba. In 2002, Alain moved to La Paz, Bolivia and spent almost 6 years working as a Hydraulic Engineer. As member of Hydraulic Design Department, he worked on water distribution and wastewater projects through municipalities and government centers.

Alain joined Josly Realty as Real Estate agent once he graduated from Miami Dade College in 2016. Specialized in Residential properties, he has had an intense experience working with dedication and satisfaction to provide the best service to his clients. During this time as Real Estate agent, Alain’s work has allowed him to gain expertise in several areas such as residential sales, both pre-owned and new developments, leases and property management. In 2019, Alain was awarded as a Top Producer - Award of Excellence - Gold Circle of Honor from his Real estate company. In 2020, he received the Certified New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) designation.

Alain is fluent in both English and Spanish and is member of Miami Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
