Real estate is my passion! I am a full time Realtor® licensed in NV for the last 24 years and my focus is on YOU, not my statistics. Helping people with their real estate needs and dreams is also a passion of mine, whether it is traditional sales and purchases or distressed Sellers. In addition to residential and relocation sales, experience and expertise; I've received additional education on working with seniors, along with working with foreclosures, short sales and probate sales. Having lived in Las Vegas for 40 years I have watched it grow from a relatively small gambling mecca to a thriving metropolis, and as a result have broad market and neighborhood knowledge that will be quite beneficial to you. Before joining the real estate industry I worked in gaming here in Las Vegas, on the cruise ships out of Florida and the riverboats in Mississippi. I love to travel and a point of pride to me is that one of my clients invited me to her home in Thailand and I spent 3 wonderful weeks with her and her family. They showed me many wonderful things in Bangkok and the elephant conservatory in Chiang Mai. Beautiful! As you can guess I am also an animal lover, having 3 big fur babies and if I had a ranch would have many more of all types. Another point of pride for me is going 110% for my clients and giving them the best possible real estate experience ever.
